These entrenched norms have resulted in disparities in various aspects of life, such as leadership roles, income, and opportunities.

While strides have been made to challenge and dismantle this male-dominated paradigm, it remains a pressing issue, highlighting the ongoing need for gender equity and the promotion of a more inclusive and diverse society where all individuals can thrive regardless of their gender.
